On Thursday, January 27, 2011, the Sundance Film Festival will expand to nine cities across the country for one special night of film and dialogue. Chicago is one of the lucky cities to have been given the exciting opportunity to screen a film that is having its premiere that very same week at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
We are pleased to announce that the film chosen to screen at the Music Box is THE MUSIC NEVER STOPPED (USA 2010). Director Jim Kohlberg will be in attendance to discuss his film after the screening. Tickets are going fast!

A father struggles to bond with his estranged son who suffers a brain tumor that prevents him from forming new memories. He learns to embrace his son’s choices and to try to connect with him through the power of music.
