Victor and his family move into his uncle’s mysterious mansion. With his parents away at a trading fair, Victor begins to uncover secrets through a cryptic diary of drawings that belonged to his cousin Cecilia. As Victor deciphers the clues that he believes will lead to a hidden treasure, he learns that there is more than meets the eye in his new home. His older sisters think he’s getting a little too obsessed with clues and the old house—they believe there is no such thing as treasure in their family’s old things. But what Victor learns from his quest is more valuable than the treasure itself, as the secrets of the mansion reveal themselves.
