Come out for a special First Tuesdays event with Chicago’s film and television industry and make connections with filmmakers and business-of-film professionals and learn the latest insights into filmmaking in Chicago, culminating in a screening of the made-in-Chicago-by-Chicagoans SIGNATURE MOVE.

Hugh Schultze is an investor and executive producer of SIGNATURE MOVE. Also a writer/director whose first feature film CASS, a family drama set in Detroit, was named Best Film at the San Diego International Black Film Festival.

Jennifer Reeder is the director of SIGNATURE MOVE. Her short film A MILLION MILES AWAY was nominated for a Tiger Award for Short Films at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and screened at the Sundance Film Festival in the U.S. Short Narrative Films category.

Joe Klest is an investor and associate producer of SIGNATURE MOVE. Recent investments include Cannes Film Festival 2017 Official Selection THEY.

Nabeela Rasheed is an investor in independent film as is executive producer of SIGNATURE MOVE. 

Mike McNamara works with the Sundance Film Festival as Programming Associate for U.S. Narrative Features and is the co-founder of the Midwest Independent Film Festival. 

Louis Ferrara is Deputy Director of the Illinois Film Office, having cut his teeth in television, as Production Coordinator on a whopping 132 episodes of FOX’s worldwide juggernaut, THE SIMPSONS.

Brian Hieggelke is producer of SIGNATURE MOVE, publisher of Newcity and co-founder of the Chicago Film Project.

Jan Hieggelke is executive producer of SIGNATURE MOVE, publisher of Newcity and co-founder of the Chicago Film Project.

Chris Rejano is cinematographer for SIGNATURE MOVE. His recent projects include short film A MILLION MILES AWAY, which was nominated for a Tiger Award for Short Films at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and screened at the Sundance Film Festival in the U.S. Short Narrative Films category.

Eugene Park is Executive Director of Full Spectrum Features and producer of SIGNATURE MOVE. Park is currently in production on feature films FREELANCERS ANONYMOUS and HOLY TRINITY.

Angie Gaffney is co-producer/line producer on SIGNATURE MOVE and Co-Founder and Executive Director for Stage 18, a non-profit entertainment incubator and development lab located on the lot of Cinespace Chicago Film Studios.
