In Tetsuo: The Iron Man, a wild contagion infects ordinary people and transforms them into violent machines with a mission to create a new world of metal! Often compared to the films of David Lynch, David Cronenberg, and Sam Raimi, Tetsuo is a spectacular hybrid of industrial terror, excruciating metamorphosis, epic superhero combat, and sweaty metal fetishism.

And what's that playing on the main character's TV? It's Tsukamoto's previous film, Adventures of Electric Rod Boy, which we're screening Friday, April 18, the day before Tetsuo!
