Instead, they find — you guessed it — a ginormous, man-eating snake! The 1989 Jaws ripoff Killer Crocodile explores much of the same territory, following a band of idealistic environmentalists confronted with the cruelty of nature in the form of a massive mutant crocodile. But where Anaconda brings the late-’90s Hollywood schlock, Killer Crocodile wades waist-deep into the charmingly crude waters of Italian exploitation films. And those waters are full of hungry critters.
